Le site affiche les prix en euros et la livraison vers la France, mais j’ai eu la surprise d’avoir 12 € de frais de douane demandés à la livraison, ce qui n’était pas clairement visible au moment du paiement. Après échange avec le service client, un remboursement partiel de 7 € m’a été proposé et effectué rapidement, ce que j’ai apprécié.

Mon expérience globale est donc mitigée : le service client a été correct et réactif, mais il serait vraiment utile que l’information sur les frais d’importation soit affichée de manière plus claire avant la commande pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.
