Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Extended Holiday Returns
To make holiday gifting easier, our return window is extended to 28 days after Christmas for orders placed during the festive season.
Return Postage
As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage for standard returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’ll gladly cover the return postage and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, eye masks and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty. 
- 
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to ensure your parcel arrives safely. 
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
