Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days) and are fully tracked.

International Orders
Depending on the item and destination, orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked services.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination.

Tracking

• All UK orders include full tracking via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• The International Standard service does not include tracking.

• The International Tracked service provides full delivery updates.

• Handmade Items (Twilies, Headbands, Eye Masks, etc.): Please allow 2–3 working days for your piece to be handmade before dispatch.
