Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK studio within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

We use Royal Mail to ensure your silk arrives safely.

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Standard delivery within 2–3 business days.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable standard and tracked services. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by local customs processing.
USA Orders

All duties and taxes are included (DDP) in your delivery charge.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon arrival.
EU Countries

Orders are shipped from our UK studio.

Please note that local sales tax (VAT) and customs duties may be applied by your local postal service before delivery.

These fees are the legal responsibility of the recipient. If these fees are not paid, the parcel will be returned to us.

Important Information

Customs & Delays: While we dispatch orders quickly, River Minami is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing in the destination country.

Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Unclaimed & Refused Parcels If a parcel is returned to River Minami because customs fees were unpaid, the recipient refused delivery, or it was not collected from the local post office:

Refunds: A refund for the cost of the goods will be issued only once the parcel has been safely returned to our studio in its original, resalable condition.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. These costs have already been paid to the carrier and cannot be recovered.

Re-delivery: If you would like us to send the item again, a new shipping fee will apply.
