Sales Tax

River Minami does not collect sales tax upon purchase. When shipping outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties where these may occur. If you would prefer this to be collected at the point of purchase, please visit us on Etsy.

Free Shipping

• UK - Sent via Royal Mail 2nd class service;
• International - Sent via Royal Mail international standard service

Please note these services do not provide tracking. Please choose the appropriate 'express' (paid) option when checking out if you would like a tracked or expedited service.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will also extend our returns period following Christmas to 28 days.
